STAY SAFE AND HEALTHY IN WINTER
It is a real challenge to fight the adverse temperatures in this winter season, especially for kids and elderly and those who are chronically sick. HERE ARE SOME TIPS TO HELP YOU IN THIS REGARD 1.First and most effective way is to wear adequate woollen clothes , head, ears, body, hands and feet should be properly covered, especially when going outdoors. Multiple layers of clothing is helpful in giving you proper insulation from the chill. 2 .Avoid going outdoors , especially when there is cold wave. Avoid outdoor exercise .Kids should be taken out only in sunshine, when available. 3.Ensure good hydration with plenty of warm water , and warm beverages like tea, soups, herbal tea etc. Avoid caffeinated drinks and soda as they cause dehydration. 4.
